Distance Sales Agreement

Buyer: the user subscribing to the service (with the details provided at registration).

This Agreement sets out the parties' rights and obligations regarding the sale and performance of the digital subscription service or pay-per-video credit package — whose characteristics and sale price are stated below — ordered electronically by the Buyer through the KonumX website.

The service is a promotional-video production service for a monthly/annual period tied to the selected subscription plan (Starter, Professional or Premium). The plan's scope, video and user limits, and the applicable (discounted) price are clearly shown on the order/checkout screen. All prices include VAT.

Pay-Per-Video Credits: instead of a subscription, the Buyer may purchase a one-off credit package. 1 credit entitles the Buyer to create 1 new promotional video and download it watermark-free, or to permanently unlock the watermark-free copy of an existing video. Credits never expire, are assigned to the Buyer's office account and are non-transferable. The number of credits and the price are clearly shown on the order/checkout screen; all prices include VAT.

Payment is collected by credit/debit card through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure. Card details are not stored by the Seller. There is NO automatic renewal; no recurring (automatic) charges are made to your card. If you wish to continue at the end of each period, you extend your subscription by making the payment again; if no payment is made, the subscription ends automatically at the end of the period. Credit packages are charged once; there are no recurring payments.

Access to the service is provided electronically and immediately after the payment is approved and the account is verified. The service is digital content/services in nature and is performed instantly. For credit packages, the credits are added to the account instantly once the payment is approved.

Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content/services performed instantly in electronic form once performance has begun with the Buyer's approval. By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts that performance of the service begins immediately and that there is no right of withdrawal in that case.

Nevertheless, in case of dissatisfaction the Cancellation/Refund Policy applies.

The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time from the panel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current payment period, and access to the service continues until the end of that period.

For disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence are competent within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade.
