Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Policy

KonumX is a digital service provided online; there is no physical product or shipping. A subscription package or video credits are assigned to your account immediately once the payment is approved and can be used in the panel right away.

Generated videos can be watched and shared in the Videos section of your panel and downloaded as MP4 to the extent your package/credits allow. If a package or credit is not assigned despite payment, contact us; the technical issue is fixed or the payment is refunded.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current payment period; your access continues until the end of the period and you are not charged for the next period.

As the service is a digital service performed instantly in electronic form, partial/mid-period refunds are as a rule not made once performance has begun. In cases of technical error such as incorrect/duplicate charges, the relevant amount is refunded.

Pay-per-video credit packages are one-off purchases and the credits are added to the account instantly upon payment; therefore unused credits are as a rule non-refundable. Since credits never expire, you can use them at any time. In cases of technical error such as incorrect/duplicate charges, the relevant amount is refunded.

Approved refunds are made to the card/method used for payment within a reasonable time after the request is approved (subject to your bank's processing times).
