Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current payment period; your access continues until the end of the period and you are not charged for the next period.

As the service is a digital service performed instantly in electronic form, partial/mid-period refunds are as a rule not made once performance has begun. In cases of technical error such as incorrect/duplicate charges, the relevant amount is refunded.

Pay-per-video credit packages are one-off purchases and the credits are added to the account instantly upon payment; therefore unused credits are as a rule non-refundable. Since credits never expire, you can use them at any time. In cases of technical error such as incorrect/duplicate charges, the relevant amount is refunded.

Approved refunds are made to the card/method used for payment within a reasonable time after the request is approved (subject to your bank's processing times).
