The name-surname, email and office/brand name (if any) you provide when creating an account; messages you send through the contact form; and technical/session data generated while using the service (IP address, log records, anonymous analytics).

Content you upload for video production that may contain personal data, such as listing photos, office logo and agent images.

To manage your account and subscription, provide the video-production service, run payment processes, respond to your requests, ensure security and improve service quality. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

Strictly necessary cookies are used to maintain your session and provide core functionality. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; however, some features may not work properly without them.

We use infrastructure providers to deliver the service: Supabase for authentication, database and file storage; PayTR for payments (we never see or store your card details); OpenStreetMap, the Turkish General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre (TKGM) and Google for map/imagery data.

Your data is processed on these infrastructures to the extent the service requires; some of it may be stored on servers located abroad, with the necessary security measures in place.

The photos, logos and agent images you upload are processed solely to produce the video you requested. Produced videos are stored under your account; retention and automatic clean-up periods may vary by plan.

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorised access. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity carried out through your account.
