Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by KonumX (Adem TÜRK) (KonumX) acting as data controller, within the framework described below. Contact: info@konumx.com.tr.

Identity and contact data: name-surname, email, phone (if provided), office/brand name.

Transaction and usage data: account and subscription details, IP address, session and log records, technical data about the jobs you produce.

Payment data: payment transactions are processed through PayTR; your card details are never seen or stored by KonumX.

Content data: images you upload that may contain personal data, such as listing photos and the agent photo added to videos.

Providing the service and producing videos; managing accounts and subscriptions; running payment processes; handling support requests; ensuring service security and preventing abuse; fulfilling legal obligations.

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the legal grounds that processing is necessary for the establishment/performance of a contract, for compliance with a legal obligation, and for the legitimate interests of the data controller. Where explicit consent is required, your consent is additionally obtained.

Data may be processed on the infrastructure providers used to operate the service (identity/database: Supabase; payments: PayTR; maps/imagery: OpenStreetMap, TKGM, Google). In this context some data may be processed/stored on servers located abroad, with the necessary security measures in place.

Data may be disclosed to legally authorised public institutions and bodies upon request and within the framework of legislation.

Your personal data is retained for as long as the processing purposes require and for the limitation/retention periods set out in the applicable legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction of incomplete/inaccurate data, to request deletion/destruction where the conditions are met, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
